Grandma (my mother) brought Gray some adorable clothes this weekend..

Gray's cool new loft

Gray's railing and ladder are sanded, painted and installed for his loft in his room..

He thinks it is way cool..and we have to agree with him

There is his travel bed up there and carpet to make the floor soft..what a great little space!

Hopefully Andrew can come up with something just as cool for Gray's new room when we move :)

cleaning the couch

Tonight when we got home, we found some of Gray's Thomas the train magnets under the couch cushions. We also realized how dirty it was, gross!

So Gray was being helpful and vacuumed out the couch..what a GREAT helper! Love it!

mmmm..hot apple cider

After a good time playing outside..we came in for some hot apple cider and a Thomas the train movie of course :)

Today there was no daycare, so I stayed home with Gray for the day. Which actually worked out great because my mother and String are coming to town this afternoon to spend the weekend working at the house with us to get it ready for the market!

Anyway, it was a chilly morning, so we bundled up and headed out.

We climbed around in the snow first, shoveled a path and then headed to the swing set.

After about an hour, we both were cold and ready to head in for some hot apple cider!

Playing at the water park

This evening we headed down to the Edge water park for some swimming and pizza. Kelly and Sarah hosted a get together of friends and their kids.

When we got there, it was a MAD house! I have never seen it that busy. I guess there was a benefit going on so that explained some of the masses of people.

I wanted to take more photos, but the moment I turned the camera on I noticed the dead battery light :(

So the only shot I got was at the end of the evening when Gray and Andrew were winding down in the hot tub..

I did take quite a few videos though..sorry if it is loud..

After quite a bit of bribery...we got Gray to get off the slide and head to the hot tub to warm up a bit, before heading out for the night.

Needless to say Gray didn't want to leave..but he had a BLAST! Along with all the other kids that were there..

29 weeks and 5 days

Well we are getting down to the wire! I can't believe it! In 10 weeks or less we will get to meet this little monkey that is constantly kicking me (and I believe is still breach)..

Can't complain, feeling pretty good!

Building a ladder with dad

Tonight Andrew built a ladder to go into Gray's room so you can climb up to the loft. It will be a great selling tool..or so we are told to enhance the loft in his room. So that is what we are doing. Good thing Andrew knows how to build them because I can guarantee that Gray is going to want one in his new room...

Gray wasn't a huge fan of the screw gun, but he brought wood over to his dad to help out

Hot tubing with his cousins

This morning we all headed over to Momo and Paparino's house for some brunch and play time. Nellie, Tim and their kids were in town, so all the cousins got to play together. Fun times were had by all!

The kids even decided it would be a good idea to take a hot tub; now mind you I don't think it was more than 10 degrees outside, but they all headed out there anyway. And they had a BLAST!

Train Man

Gray is REALLY into hi trains (especially all the Thomas trains). That is pretty much all he is playing with at this point...

So tonight, we built yet another track when we got home...

He is getting really good at doing it!

Gray's new pjs and water bottle

I got home from shopping just in time to get Gray ready for bed..

So I decided what better way to go to bed than in some new pajamas! He loved them! Normally I would wash them first, but he was too excited and insisted on wearing them...

He also wanted to have water in his new water bottle....






I had so much fun shopping for him and his little brother..can't wait to go back to some of the stores, man the deals we got!

Hanging out on the trains!

Today I spent the day in the cities shopping with my dear friend Christa. While I was off doing that Andrew, Gray, Noble and Uncle Ben went down to the Depot and the Children's Museum to see the trains among other things.

I talked to Gray and Andrew before they went down there and I don't think I have heard Gray more excited to go do something :)

So I asked Andrew to take pictures for me..he only took the few below, but he got a few videos as well of the boys enjoying themselves..

More game playing

Tonight when we got home from work/daycare we busted out some more games that Gray got for Christmas...

This time we played Geranimals..which is a matching game. Gray is really good at this game, we don't play it 100% by the rules, but he remembers where the cards are..genius :)

After he played that one a couple times we moved onto a new game/learning tool from Nana and Papa. This is a cool deal. It is sort of like a puzzle, but it is also teaching you words. There are 3 sections one with animals, one with things around the house and one with what they call simple words. So he is learning what things are and having to figure out what the look like too to get the puzzle pieces back together. Each word/picture splits in half..good word association..

He wasn't sure at first of this one, but once he got the hang of it he really enjoys playing it and learning the words/pictures..

After Gray won Candy Land twice, we moved onto Chutes and Ladders

He was a great spinner! He spun for all of us :)

Our little winner! He beat us both (fair and square) in Chutes and Ladders too

It was soooo much fun to sit as a family and play board games..we will be doing that more often for sure!

This monkey can pack a mean punch! He has been kicking me like there is no tomorrow..not sure what that means for when he is here...could be scary :)

Gray and his singing broom

Gray got this great singing broom from his grandma and grandpa for Christmas, and today he decided to help me sweep..
