Playing outside on this warm Saturday in January

Today was a beautiful day! So we decided to spend some time outside in the backyard. Beth (Gray's daycare lady) mentioned that Gray really likes to just climb up and down the snowbanks in the back yard. So we figured we could do that at home too


There were a lot of fun pictures..so this post is a little long..





Dad and Gray walking up the hill in the backyard..


Gray thought it was great up on the top of the hill..he got to see the whole yard and that was cool. He wanted to keep walking back in the trees



Dad and Gray attempting to sled down the hill. Mind you they are sitting on a shovel since we couldn't find the sled. I know, who lives in Duluth without a sled available!

I was trying to get him to do a snow angel..didn't really work..he just crawled around in the one I made

He ventured into the garden..

He was trying really hard to shut the gate..but of course there was too much snow to get it shut..

He was pushing really hard to get that gate shut :)

After not being able to get the gate shut, he was ready to go back inside..
